The ÖlofEscence PMG R series coalescing filters are high efficiency pleated, inside to outside elements specifically designed for the removal of liquid and solid contaminant in critical applications. PMG elements are available in various grades and efficiencies. Also, available in a range of media including high performance micro-glass, polyester, and polypropylene media with hardware customizable to suit your application. These large surface area pleated media cartridges are designed to provide the optimum combination of particle removal efficiency and contaminant holding capability.
The Ölof standard PMG R is supported with robust stainless steel end caps and components. The filtering media is then attached to the end caps and core via a highly resistant adhesive to prevent any possibility of by-pass. Outer cartridge encasements are designed to protect the pleat integrity in order to assure even flow and contaminant distribution across the effective surface area of the filter cartridge.
Our broad array of fixed pore media combinations are specifically designed for the removal of low surface tension oils as well as water from air and gas streams.

The PMG R design is to provide rated efficiencies (to beta 5000) without compromising the element service life. In order to achieve this combination; selected filtration media has exceptional contaminant holding properties and comparatively low flow resistance. By lowering the saturated pressure drop this coalescing cartridge effectively reduces operating cost.
